Uniform Policy

McGill School of Success Dress Code
Students will …

  1. wear fitted pants, shorts, knee-length skirts, and jumpers that are Navy Blue.
  2.  wear plain short-sleeved, long-sleeved, tee shirts, turtlenecks that are white,
  3. wear sneakers or flat-bottomed leather shoes that are black, brown, navy, or white.
  4. wear socks that are white, black, navy
  5. wear tights or stockings that are plain white or navy blue
  6.  wear sweater, jackets or coats that are black, brown, white, or navy

Students should not wear …

 

  1. colored or Mohawk hair styles unless it’s our annual Crazy Hair Day
  2. shirts with advertising, logos or images
  3. jeans, sweatpants, or overalls
  4. open toed shoes or shoes with heels
  5. mini skirts
  6. tights or stockings with designs
  7. boots
  8. tank tops
  9. expensive jewelry

Parents who need assistance acquiring a uniform should contact the front office for information about the Operation School Bell program.

If a student is out of uniform he/she will be asked to change into a borrowed McGill shirt, the student will be required to return the shirt by the end of the school day. If the student does not return borrowed clothing, parents may be charged a fee to replace the McGill clothing.
