Poor Fred!
He went boating, but he didn't put on his lifesaver, his boat capsized, and now he's in a pickle (or perhaps a "gummy" would be a better term.) Our third graders have to save him, but there's a catch; his skin is very sensitive, and must never be touched by human hands!
Teams of four first responders will handle Fred, his boat and his lifesaver with paperclips until Fred is wearing his lifesaver and is safely in his boat.
